The Micro Sand Trap

The “Micro” Sand Trap is a patented design to replace the cartridge type “inline” filter. It’s a unique way to separate and settle out sand, shale and oxidized organics found in some water supplies. This is achieved by running the water through an internal swirl chamber, then into a diverting plate. This will allow the particles to settle to the bottom of the housing for blow down.

The “Micro Sand Trap” uses the same technology as it’s big brothers but is a smaller, less expensive style.
